Flatwoods Loop

Located in Tampa, the Flatwoods loop is a popular training and recreational riding area. While the loop is 7 miles, you can add in parking areas to get about 15 miles per lap. Water stations are located at four points around the loop, and the trail is regularly patrolled by rangers. Wildlife sightings are plentiful, and there are no road crossings to worry about.

Suncoast Trail

The Suncoast Trail is a great workout that follows along the Suncoast Expressway. This paved trail heads from Lutz Lake Fern road all the way to US 98. The total distance is 41.3 miles, all paved, and some elevation change north of Highway 50.

Withlacoochee Trail

The Withlacoochee Trail is a Rails-To-Trails project that stretches from 301 (approximately 6 miles north of Dade City) to the Withlacoochee River. Total mileage for the Withlacoochee Trail is 46 miles - all paved. While this is a bit of a drive from Tampa / St. Pete, this is a beautiful trail that gives riders an enjoyable experience throught the Withlacoochee State Forest.

Pinellas Trail

The Pinellas Trail makes its way from downtown St. Petersburg all the way to Tarpon Springs. The total mileage from one end to the other is 38.2 miles - all paved.
